Baz’s ability to adapt across genres and formats is unmatched, whether delivering the electrifying rock of Iron Maiden and Bon Jovi, the pop brilliance of Robbie Williams and Cyndi Lauper, or the energy of Eminem. A prominent figure in the Australian music scene, Baz has elevated performances by local legends such as John Farnham, Icehouse, and Tina Arena. From the AFL Grand Final and Big Day Out to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Baz has demonstrated his talent for transforming spaces into unforgettable experiences. With nearly two decades of experience in the events industry, Tamika Brett has built a reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes across a diverse range of projects. From intimate pop-up activations to large-scale productions, Tamika’s expertise spans all facets of event management, making her a sought-after leader in the field. Her career highlights include overseeing major cultural and sporting events such as the Australia Day celebrations in the City of Melbourne, where she held various key roles for six years, and the Melbourne Cup Carnival, where she contributed as Senior Producer for live sites, parades, and pre-race entertainment for eight consecutive years. Tamika has also been an integral part of the AFL Grand Final Pre-Match Entertainment for over 15 years, rising through roles in stage and venue management to Senior and Executive Producer. Tamika’s portfolio extends to managing live sites for global artists like Taylor Swift at the MCG and producing gala dinners and exhibitions for corporate and not-for-profit clients across Australia. Her ability to seamlessly manage logistics, creative direction, and stakeholder relationships ensures every event is executed with precision and flair. With a deep understanding of what it takes to create unforgettable experiences, Tamika brings dedication, versatility, and a proven track record to every project she undertakes.
AIMEE CHAPMAN
Aimee Chapman is an accomplished event producer, curator, venue manager and creative Industries leader, with a career spanning over 20 years and defined by delivering high-quality live experiences across all facets of the industry. From her pivotal roles at iconic venues like Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, and the Palais Theatre to her work with boutique creative projects, Aimee’s expertise spans the entire event lifecycle—from concept development and festival programming to execution and post-event analysis. Her work with internationally renowned artist tours, including Joan As Police Woman, Martha Wainwright, and Vince Jones, is matched by her contributions to events featuring legends like Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Paul Kelly, and Florence and the Machine. She also played a key role in the innovative Vast Project, an ambitious creative initiative that united 21 artists, including Bernard Fanning and Paul Dempsey, to produce an album, concert, and documentary film celebrating Australian art and storytelling. Aimee has played pivotal roles in delivering stadium-sized sporting events, including the Australian Open, Collingwood Magpies and Vixens Super Netball, and the National Gymnastics Championships, as well as Associate Producing multi-stage festivals such as Bluesfest Melbourne. Her ability to manage every aspect of production—from technical logistics and budget management to stakeholder engagement and audience experience—sets her apart as a dynamic leader in the live entertainment and event industry.
